The third grade class at Kavod Elementary Charter School in San Diego is asking you to join them in helping save lives in Israel. As part of their class project this year they have chosen to fundraise for a fully-stocked paramedic bag that houses all of the paramedic’s tools including resuscitation masks, bandages, and other critically needed equipment. The children started the initiative themselves after learning about Magen David Adom as part of their school curriculum. Their enthusiasm for the project caused so much excitement within the community that it has now expanded to include a 5k walk with proceeds going to AFMDA. For more information on their progress you can visit their page here.
