How you can help Israelis today if they need blood tomorrow.

Israel currently has enough blood for its hospitals, even as the war rages on. But that could change in a heartbeat if a second front in the conflict opens in the north or if rocket attacks escalate to the point where Israeli citizens fear venturing out to donate blood.

But you can help ensure there’s enough blood when Israelis need it most.

Magen David Adom, Israel’s emergency medical system, has signed an agreement with Blood Centers of America (BCA), which will provide Israel with blood if Israel’s own supplies run short. But for BCA to provide blood, it has to have an ample supply to meet America’s needs too.

So sign up here to see a list of BCA blood centers or join an organized blood drive for Israel. Donating will provide blood for your local community and an insurance policy for the people of Israel.

Nothing will help MDA more to supply and distribute blood to injured patients in Israel than a financial donation. Give now.
