THE JERUSALEM POST — A father and son recently completed the Magen David Adom (MDA) paramedic course together – and worked a shift with each other in the Intensive Care Unit shortly afterward.
Yitzhak Amzaleg began his journey with MDA in 1981, first as a volunteer and [is now] acting director of the Kiryat Malachi MDA station and as a paramedic. His son Amir began volunteering for MDA at the age of 15 and continued to progress in the organization, working in and [now] directing the MDA National Center in Kiryat Ono.
