SmartBox Defibrillator — $15,000
When the heart stops, every second counts. This automated external defibrillator (AED) can be accessed by the public and unlocked remotely by emergency dispatchers using geolocation. Callers are guided through lifesaving steps until help arrives.
Satellite Communications Site (2) — $30,000
In times of war or disaster, reliable communication saves lives. Satellite backup systems ensure MDA’s emergency dispatch stays online when traditional networks fail. These relay stations provide resilient, nationwide coverage—keeping ambulances and first responders connected when it matters most.
Trailers for Stations in At-Risk Communities (2) — $36,000
To protect civilians in high-risk zones like the Gaza Envelope and northern Israel, MDA deploys mobile multi-casualty incident trailers. These trailers carry essential emergency gear like advanced life support kits, defibrillators, medications, and backup generators to enable swift, lifesaving care during mass casualty events.
Protective Gear for EMTs and Paramedics (Helmets + Flak Jackets) (50) — $60,000
In Israel, EMTs and paramedics often face life-threatening situations while saving others. High-grade helmets and flak jackets protect them from gunfire, shrapnel, and other threats, allowing them to deliver care even in active conflict zones. MDA supplies this essential gear to both volunteers and professional first responders.
