Joel Chasnoff

Joel is a stand-up comedian, TV host, and author of three books, including the comedic memoir “The 188th Crybaby Brigade” about his year as a combat soldier in the Israeli army. A Chicago native, Joel has performed his unique brand of uplifting, Israel-positive comedy at more than 1,000 Jewish events in ten countries. He currently lives outside Tel Aviv with his Israeli wife and four kids. More at joelchasnoff.com

MDA Paramedic Dovale Shachor

Dovale Shachor has been a volunteer with MDA since 1998. He currently manages over 3,000 MDA volunteers in the Ayalon region and is the head of the guidance school for teenage volunteers. Dovale was also a contributor on the new ambulance driver course and heads the Community Ambulance project at MDA. He is married with five children and lives in Modi’in, Israel.
