At an emergency meeting of the United Nation’s General Assembly on the war, Israel’s Ambassador to the UN, Gilad Erdan, told the story of Amit Man, a Magen David Adom paramedic killed while saving lives in Kibbutz Be’eri.

His speech, in its entirety, underlined the horrific brutality of the Hamas attacks.

Ambassador Erdan: “Ambulances were set on fire. Dozens of Magen David Adom medical teams were intentionally targeted on their way to tend to the wounded, and many other paramedics were murdered. Barzilai Hospital, in Israel, suffered direct hits from Hamas rockets. Hamas has been deliberately firing rockets at it for years.”
