The two men were struck by a rocket from Lebanon.

Magen David Adom dispatched ambulances, Mobile Intensive Care Units, and Medicycles following red alert sirens in the northern Israeli city of Nahariya.
After attempting resuscitation, MDA paramedics had to pronounce the deaths of two men in their 40s who were hit by a rocket sent by Hezbollah forces in Lebanon. They were residents of Nahariya.
“We arrived quickly at the location, a warehouse that was hit by a rocket. There was extensive damage and an active fire,” said MDA EMT Dor Vaknin. “Near the building, two males in their 40s were lying about one meter apart, with multiple shrapnel injuries. We tried to provide medical treatment and save their lives, but their injuries were critical, and we had to pronounce them dead shortly after.”
MDA EMTs and paramedics also treated a male and female, aged about 30 and 40, who were mildly injured in their legs by shrapnel after they exited their car upon hearing the siren and lying down by the side of the road near Kibbutz Kabri.
“I was driving by the Kabri junction in my ambulance and was signaled to stop,” said a MDA EMT. “I was led to a male and a female lying by the side of the road, suffering from shrapnel wounds to their legs. Nearby, I saw a vehicle that had sustained many shrapnel hits. They told me that when the siren went off, they quickly exited the car and lay down by the side of the road. By a miracle, their injuries were only minor. Based on the damage to the vehicle, if they had not followed the Home Front Command instructions to get out of the car and lie down, it could have ended very differently.”
