Following a stabbing terror attack at the Gush Etzion Junction in the West Bank, Magen David Adom teams rushed to the scene.
When MDA EMTs and paramedics arrived, they saw an older man lying unconscious beside the road. After medical checks, they had to pronounce his death. The victim, later identified as Aharon Cohen, aged 71, had suffered severe stab wounds.
MDA teams also encountered a teenager lying semi-conscious with serious stab wounds, a 58-year-old woman lying on the sidewalk with limb injuries, and a fully conscious 30-year-old man suffering from stab wounds.
MDA medics provided medical treatment, including controlling the bleeding and bandaging, and transported them to Hadassah University Hospital – Ein Kerem and Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Mobile Intensive Care Units in moderate and serious condition. Two terrorists were killed at the scene by security forces.
