The paramedics are united in an area torn apart by division. They are Arabs and Jews working together in Israel. It’s called Magen David Adom, and it’s more than the Israeli version of the Red Cross; it’s the national ambulance service. It serves everyone, and it’s made up of people of all backgrounds.Â
