Since the start of the war in October, over 60,000 Israelis are more prepared to help others in the event of an emergency.

Magen David Adom has held first aid trainings across Israel for groups of 10-25 people at a time. MDA instructors hold the three-hour classes in apartment building lobbies, community centers, and private homes, making these trainings easily accessible.

In the sessions, which are free of charge, participants learn how to stop bleeding, perform CPR, and treat various injuries, leaving them more confident to face emergency situations.
